Healthy food can be a nightmare especially when you are fond of fast food and junk. If you’re making the same oatmeal bowl everyday then it’s pretty obvious that you might return back to the same routine. All you need is to spark up your oat-spiration.
Here are some fun ways to oat-spire yourself and make your oatmeal more delicious and exciting. Let’s dive in!
- Maple Brown Sugar: This is a classic flavor of oatmeal. You can make it with brown sugar, maple syrup, pecans and cinnamon.
- Banana Nut: This is another one of the classic oatmeal flavors. You can create it with actual fresh bananas (not the taste of bananas). You can usually slice half a banana and add walnuts, ground flaxseed and cinnamon.
- Strawberry & Cream: This is such a dreamy yummy combination. Just add fresh sliced strawberries, a splash of half and half or coconut cream or any non-dairy creamer, along with some honey and a touch of vanilla extract.
- Chocolate Peanut Butter: Stir in cocoa powder and keep stirring until mixture looks chocolaty. Then embellish the chocolate taste with chocolate chips, and add a spoonful of peanut butter along with crunchy peanuts on top.
